先说说天涯问答，说问答系统，就不得不提国内最早的问答系统——新浪的爱问（www.iask.com），可惜这个极有可能先入为主的问答系统却被新浪给做砸了。原本是个性鲜明的问答系统，现在却被做成了不伦不类的搜索引擎，流量也从最高的100名左右，跌到了1000开外。爱问的没落一方面是新浪的运营思路有问题，另一方面也是因为百度知道的日益强大，抢走了流量。

为什么百度的问答能后发制人呢？经常用搜索引擎的朋友都知道，问答系统是搜索引擎极好的补充。因为搜索引擎的使用就是为了寻找特定的信息，而问答系统则是让网友替自己找到需要的资料，所以说搜索引擎和问答系统具有相辅相成的特点，百度知道的巨大成功也印证了这一点。

雅虎知识堂为什么没有取得成功呢？虽然雅虎也是搜索引擎，具有百度的类似优势，但是雅虎知识堂错过了问答系统发展的最好时间，更重要的是雅虎知识堂所依赖的搜索引擎的使用率比较低，仅仅是百度的1/6（大约）。

同为搜索引擎的Google现在做问答系统，时间上已经晚了，流量上也赶不上百度，但是这些差距并不是非常大，只要用心去做，赶超百度知道还是有可能的。但如果Google把自己的问答系统长期寄托在天涯社区那边的话，那么等待Google的依旧是失败。原因如下：

第一、天涯是个社区，虽然说社区也有问答系统的土壤，问答系统本身也是由论坛社区演化过来的，但是相比搜索引擎来说，问答系统更亲近于搜索引擎。
第二、天涯的流量虽然很大，但是比起Google.cn来说，还是小了很多，与竞争对手baidu来说相差的就更远了。所以想依靠天涯的流量来做大问答，有点不切实际。

所以我的观点是：google应该自己独立做问答系统，哪怕用钱买天涯社区的流量。当然Google也不是吃干饭的，说不定他们的计划和我的想法相同 —— 先把问答系统放进天涯，等问答的数量达到一定的程度，再独立放在Google.cn下面。这样的优点是Google问答系统一上线就积累了大量的问答，利于维护自己的品牌形象。

再说说天涯来吧，这个产品放在天涯就更离谱了。天涯自身就是一个社区，来吧也是一个简化版的社区，让天涯来把自己的人流分散来发展Google的“贴吧”，的确有点“与虎谋皮”的意味。

天涯不是白痴，除非是真金真银，否则他们是不会鼓励用户去“天涯来吧”灌水的。从现状上来看，天涯的确没有怎么宣传“来吧”，并且来吧的人气极低，即是”李宇春吧“15天内也就产生了300多个帖子。

据此推断Google在不久的将来机会把”天涯问答“、”天涯来吧“这两个”孩子“领走，这是Google唯一正确的选择，否则”天涯问答“、”天涯来吧“必定半死不活若干年。

google看中的是blog的外链。所以相对来说，google比较难点，排在第五位是比较正常的，再说我的排名没有正式稳定下来，稳定下来的排名不值这么点，最终还是时间问题！

yahoo 一般来说，前期比较多的外链，yahoo给你排名会比较慢，一般会在2个月左右

自己在南京，并且有幸在第一时间（某个电视节目中）知道了“南京烧狗”的事情，当时自己也很愤慨，没有想到身边居然还能发生这么惨无人性的事情。恨也就恨吧，骂骂也就是在家的几个人能听到。

第二天上班，习惯性到各大门户网站上看新闻，意外发现网易已经把这个新闻放到了首页，点击量和评论数高的不可思议。而今天呢搜了下相关新闻、论坛或博客内容优势成千上万，网络的力量渐渐发威。

到南京地区最大的论坛西祠看看，只要关于烧狗事件的帖子，无不高点击、高回复。看来大家对这件事都是颇有意见的。

简单分析事件可以获得这样的知识：
1、首发的新闻资料，多是传统媒体带来的。
烧狗事件最先关注的是南京地区的电视台和报社记者，他们从曝料人手中获得线索，并且第一时间赶到现场，并使事件产生为极具新闻效应的新闻。
从此也可以看到，我们网络传媒的第一手性还是差了点，这与人民大众于“网络素质”有关，也与网络媒体自身实力有关。人们遇到新闻事件，之所以首先想到的是地方报纸和电视，是因为（1）报纸和电视是人们最常用的新闻获得途径。（2）报纸和电视的实力雄厚，有及时到达事发现场的媒体编辑人员，而地方性的网站很多都没有自己的采访人员。
2、传播效应最好的是网络。
电视和报纸是烧狗事件进入了民众的视野，大家开始议论，但不能很好地持续，而网络却有着传统媒体不可比拟的优势——交流。

烧狗事件发生后，就有有网友成群结队到事件发生地进行多种活动，有设灵堂哀悼的，有在烧狗当事人门前涂鸦谴责的……，而网络社区在这过程中发生了重要的作用。

总之，笔者感觉互联网的影响力和其优势必将成为一个优秀的媒体，此外网络社区也将成为互联网一个凝结中心，可以说网络就是我们另一个社会。

去年9月份新网被黑客攻击，害得我们5万多网站几天不能正常访问，损失至少百万，而新网却拒不赔偿，还说自己也是受害者，我到现在想不出新网除了名誉受损外还损失过什么？

这一次更是把新网的垃圾本质暴露无疑：服务器出了故障，数据丢失，没有办法就把半年前的数据恢复应付了事，不过最最令人发指的是——新网“非常高效率”地在网站上发布了一个公告，全文如下：

恢复的只是半年前的数据，还有脸说已经正常运行了。无耻、无极！

打他们的电话，一个个装孙子，不接电话，看来这一次还是拒不赔偿了。

（本文也许言辞偏激了些，但是想一想我几个网站都不能正常访问，每小时损失100来块钱呢，新网的SZ们考虑过赔偿我吗？还有去年的老账呢。文章已备份，如果删除了，我恢复的绝对比新网快）

但是社区一定会行业话，这就如同一个社会，随着人群的扩张，最终一定会形成以某些相同或相近的部落来。所以豆瓣、途牛、人米才会出现，并且他们都有着一统行业的决心，虽然这期间要付出很多的时间和努力。

至于最终会不会拥有非常壮大的群体，这倒不是行业社区要解决的问题，因为行业社区既然选择了做行业，那么他们就已经舍弃了自己不需要的人群。如何利用这些行业人群的资源获取利润才是他们首要的问题。

所以说，行业社区发展的第一问题不是怎样获得超量的行业用户，而是怎样利用这些有限的人群获得“无限”的收益。

最近一直研究网络社区，不过可能脑细胞不太够用，结果是越来越不清楚~~~~

下面谈谈本人最近的一些想法，并希望借此机会与大家多多交流。

社区的本质是人聚集扎堆的地方，开始的时候是具有相同兴趣的人往一起凑合，慢慢的人群大了，自然不断吸引更多的人进来。。。等到人多到一定程度，就会发生兴趣分散，分散化的不同兴趣的人群是否能继续聚集起来呢？或者如何让这种裂变永久延续下去？很多情况下，结果是分散的小群体自生自灭了。

这个问题也许就是许多社区类网站遇到过的，或者正在“挣扎”于这个苦海之中。

还是拿几个具体站点分析下：

首先是豆瓣网www.douban.com

豆瓣创立后不久，很快吸引了读书群体，可以说是在一年多的时间里聚集了几十万有相同兴趣的人，目前这个社区群体也只集中在读书，电影，音乐这个圈子内部 ，基本没有条件分散化出子群体，所以2006下半年豆瓣的用户数量增长速度逐渐放缓。

途牛网www.tuniu.com

途牛也是属于细化社区的站点,他的群体兴趣更加单一，在发展旅游这个核心之外很少发展外延兴趣群体。目前这类旅游站点很多，所以也很难分得大量目标用户。

人米网www.renmi.com

人米的定位自然也是社区，更确切的说是职场（白领）社区，通过聚集即将踏入职场或者正在职场打拼的高级群体。但也面临同样的难题，就是如何发展兴趣分散化群体。

综上，几乎所有细化社区都有这个群体分裂后，无法发展壮大的问题。

这还倒好，最关键是google adwords的客服居然不回我email，他们也不留什么代理或者adwords中国的电话。搞得我只能抓狂了。真是郁闷，也不知道能不能把钱给退回来。

令人欣慰的是，昨天中午给Goolge adwords发了抱怨邮件后，晚上6点40的时候收到了他们的及时反馈，看样子他们还加了小班，希望Google的服务一直都这么及时就可以了。不要等到客服发怒后才及时补救。不过还是可以给google客服打上一个及格的分数的。

自己做网站这么久，也没有刻意的SEO，更没有做过弊，google真是垃圾啊。

一般情况，做一个网页，只要你经常更新，并且内容特殊，很容易就可以排到百度的前面，可是google却不行，你的网站不经历个几个月甚至半年、一年的，要排到前面简直是不可能的，google看重所谓的网站等级，小网站不能和大网站相提并论，这就是google呆板的表现。
